Reservation for the Sunset Sands Clubhouse is taken on a first
come first serve basis beginning February 1st of each year.
The month of January is reserved for members only
reservations.
Clubhouse Rental Rate is $500 per day with an additional
$250.00 deposit and includes the park grounds, play area,
outside rest rooms, picnic tables and BBQ area. The
Clubhouse maximum occupancy is 75 people, there is no limit
for the park grounds.
